Description: Interior and exterior renovation of an abandoned 8,000 sf building. Housing the new headquarters for Encourage and specialty show room for Laura of Pembroke.

The building interior was completely gutted and the exterior took on an entirely different look. Entrances were created for each tenant utilizing the corner for the show room display. The roof was replaced as well as new electrical and HVAC systems.
