Description: Interior remodel of an existing 3,843 sf space located in Berea, Ohio. The 1,700 sf retail area consists of women, men, and children eyeglass displays. Additionally, a children's play area, lounge, and coffee station were added to complete the store's family feeling. Smaller one-on-one work stations offer the chance to talk and adjust eye-wear with the staff. Customers are encouraged to grab a coffee and sit a bit in the lounge.
Exam rooms, lab, offices, a break room and support facilities occupy the remaining space in the rear of the store.
