Originally designed as a 2 piece solar array, FMCA assisted Bold Alternatives with 3D design/layout and renderings. Located in Shaker Heights, Ohio this carport serves multiple purposes – a generator of electricity, shaded parking, and protection from snow build-up in the winter. Parishioners enjoy these benefits without being concerned about how much it costs.

The array was installed by Solar Action at no cost to First Unitarian. First Unitarian purchases the electricity that the array produces at a discounted rate. This is a situation where everyone wins.
