Description: Cargotec Hiab teamed up with CBRE and FMC Architects for their office renovation project. Going from a more traditional office layout area and to a more modern open office area was key. This is the first phase in the entire office complex renovation.

A huddle and privacy rooms were added to allow for quiet and private conversations when needed. A lounge area for larger staff gatherings was also very important.

Work in the main lobby was also phased in to prepare for future renovation work. Corporate colors, furniture look, and style added to the modern upgrades. FMCA looks forward to the next several phases.
