Description:
Exterior and interior remodel of an outdated Burger King Model #2500. Exterior building upgrades were made to comply with the current 2016 design elements. The interior upgrades included a new dining package as well as the toilet rooms and parking area accessibility issues. New drive-up canopy, signs, and menu boards complete the upgrade requirements.

FMCA teamed up with the owner and the Burger King Construction team to choose the best upgrades available while working with the site challenges and budget allowed. This approach saved time, structural changes, and construction costs that allowed us to do more on-site improvements resulting in a better project.
