Services

FMC offers full architectural services for small to large projects.  We offer many services to our clients from Pre-Design to Project Close-out.

We build relationships and trust. Treating each client as if they are our only client.

We would love to sit down with you, get to know you and discuss any of your architectural needs.

FMC also works with many local contractors and can assist you in design/build teamed with one of our contractors or one of yours. Many of our projects are for industrial / metal buildings, restaurants, corporate/office and retail spaces. As you take a tour of our projects, you’ll see that we’ll take on almost anything.

WHAT-WE-DO

Services

Building long lasting relationships has always been our number one goal.

From fast food to fast casual, take-out to dining-in, FMC has helped many chefs and franchisees open their dream restaurants.  Even if it's a cozy, 450 square-foot space or a larger, 10,000+ square-foot restaurant, we design spaces that showcase your branding.

Whether your project is an independently owned or a chain restaurant.  It might be a yogurt or pizza shop, paper napkin or linen, we love doing restaurant work.

Have a prototype design that is outdated?  We can help you freshen up or redo your prototype so it will look great for years.

Industrial:

Industrial facilities have changed in the past 20 years and will continue to do so. Companies are looking for taller storage capacity, better flexibility and locations to optimize their trucking routes.

From a DC to the local warehouse, processing plants to manufacturing, we take the time to get to know you and your operational needs so we can design the proper facility for you while keeping future goals/expansions in mind.

Metal Buildings:

Whether you need a storage facility, maintenance garage or warehouse, a metal building could be the solution. FMC has done a large number of projects with this building type, including offices, shopping centers and gymnasiums.

Metal buildings can give you the maximum floor flexibility that most end users want by providing column-free space or fewer columns than in conventional construction.

Everyone needs an office? How about a place to have a meeting? The times of hard-wall private offices along the perimeter, no natural light and small claustrophobic cubicles are gone – or should be!

Many of today’s office spaces are open, collaborative, flexible and inviting. At times, people share spaces, sit on a couch, or have a team meeting in an area with stand-up tables. We will sit down with you to help you configure your new space to your company’s needs. There will always be a need for hard walled offices and conference rooms. Not every new trend is for everyone, we can help you figure out your best configuration.

It’s been proven that with more natural light, open collaborative spaces, flexibility and/or stand-up stations have increased productivity.

Let us help you reach that next level!

Ground-Up:

Getting tired of that old strip mall or shopping center? Need to expand? FMC can help!

Our team has assisted developers in expanding shopping centers and designing new outparcel facilities to grow their portfolios and meet tenants’ needs. We work hand-in-hand with our clients to maximize the potential of each site.

Tenant Fit-out:

Developers and Chain Stores love us!

FMC is able to help with landlord improvement drawings for existing vacant spaces to prep sites for potential tenants or complete white/vanilla box drawings for landlord lease obligations.  Many chain stores rely on FMC to complete spaces to their prototype designs or help them develop new ones.

From small, 600 square-foot stores to larger, 10,000+-square-foot stores, FMC will work with our clients until their vision becomes reality.

FMC never likes to say "no" to a project.  We are always up to new challenges and to learn about new project types.

Life is forever changing, FMC believes that you need a little in business to keep up with today's trends.

To embrace today’s challenges is to embark on tomorrow’s opportunities.
